Pilates Studio Rental for Pilates Instructors
Our studio was created with the intention to provide cost effective, full equipped, clean, community Pilates environment. We are near Glendale Colorado just east of Colorado Blvd. We are conveniently located near I-25. If you are a Pilates teacher wanting to branch out on your own and need a place to bring clients this is the perfect opportunity. The space will be shared with other instructors unless you rent it for a private lesson.

Rental Rates For Instructors:
Private Sessions: Shared studio = $25 per hour (one teacher and one client)
Duo Sessions: Shared studio = $30 per hour ( two clients and one teacher)
Trio Sessions: Shared Studio = $35 per hour ( three clients and one teacher)
Policies:
- Anyone using the space for personal practice may do so at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver with Ultimate Serenity
- Space must be booked at least 24 hours advance notice
- Renters are expected to return the facilities to the condition in which they arrived
- Payment made in advance to secure the time slot
- Proof of liability insurance must be on file
- Proof of Pilates certification must be on file
