If you are a beginner, try this Pilates Beginner Series.  I show you modifications that you can do at home on the mat.  Start with one and work your way to lesson 8 where I teach you the whole order.  Get in a great workout while away from the studio.  This series is not for people with herniated discs, spine issues, or scoliosis.

This is my test run of the membership platform that I will be releasing the Pilates Beginner Series in summer 2021.  I will have a video library for total beginners and it will include props like the ring, TheraBand, or a towel.
