If you are a beginner, try this Pilates Beginner Series. I show you modifications that you can do at home on the mat. Start with one and work your way to lesson 8 where I teach you the whole order. Get in a great workout while away from the studio. This series is not for people with herniated discs, spine issues, or scoliosis.

This is my test run of the membership platform that I will be releasing the Pilates Beginner Series in summer 2021. This is a wonderful introduction to Pilates! Your cuing makes it easy to follow along and do the movements properly.
I always find it difficult to slow down and really engage the right muscles, but when I do, I see (and feel) the benefits right away.
Struggling with back and joint pain. I found this was a god send. It was great to be able to follow along the whole time with out struggle and found pain relief. What a great feeling to feel loose again. Cant wait to see more videos!
I just worked through the 4th video. I like the reminder that Pilates focuses on the four S’s: Strength, Stretch, Stamina and Stability. I also really needed the reminder to think of having a thumbtack under my belly during “beats.” Great visual to keep me in the correct position!!
