Pilates 5 Day Beginner Challenge

Welcome to Day 2 of the Beginner Pilates Challenge.  This Pilates workout builds upon the foundations you learned in Day 1 and your body will start to move in all directions while engaging the powerhouse and back of the body.  This class is a great reminder that Pilates is for all levels and fitness abilities. All you have to do is show up and push play.  You can make a difference in your body with just 10-15 minutes per day.  Pilates focuses on the quality of movement not the quantity.  Connect your mind to your body and watch the aches and pains melt away.
