Pilates Challenge Beginner Workout

In today’s workout, I will focus on sculpting.  As we spend hours on our computers and phones throughout the day, our hips become tight.  The Pilates leg series is just what the doctor ordered.

Along comes Pilates.  Pilates can help you develop and use core strength by allowing you to lengthen your spine, improve posture, and wake up sleepy muscles.  While Pilates can help you lose weight, I suggest adding other forms of strength training into the mix to make a balance workout program.
