New Booking App
We now have a faster and easier way to book appointments. Introducing the patient portal. All you need to do is download the portal to your smart phone and you will have access to book your favorite class or cancel the appointment all in the app. This is not in the app store. It comes up on your phone as a bookmark on the home screen. I will no longer be accepting email or text cancellations. Please use the portal so clients that are waiting for an appointment can book when you free up the spot.
The best part is that the app shows on your home screen. Here is a video on how to down load the app and set it up.
How To Use The App
Here is a short video showing how to go to your account in the the top right to create a user name and password. This will allow you to see all of your past appointments.
Credit Card On File
You will need to have a credit card on file to book appointments. Why do I need a credit card on file? This is for my no show policy. If you late cancel or don’t show up, the card on file will be charged per the office policies you agreed too.
How To Book
- Click on the service you would like, select the duration of services
- Hit the check out button. The next screen shows all the days and times I’m available.
- Select the date then at the bottom pick the time.
- Then click check out button.
- The Booking Summary will show all the details.
- Click proceed to book
