Take your massage and stretching routine to the next level with this fun workshop series.  We offer in person session in Denver Colorado and you can also tune in virtually on Zoom.  I will guide you through a sequence of deeply relaxing and safe Thai massage stretches compressions and twists.  You will be able to take care of your partners headaches or back discomfort with little effort on your part.  Each person in the workshop will have a change to give and receive the work.
